It’s called a Dutch crown braid! There are videos/tutorials all over if you google, but it takes a few tries to really get it down. I’d try to master a regular Dutch braid first, if you haven’t already (it’s just your regular French braid, except instead of pulling each strand of hair OVER the others, you put them UNDER instead — it feels weird and wrong the first few times but you get used to it really fast).
