serious answer: get a fob friend to buy you eyeliner from asia because those are like sharpies, i tell you. they will not smudge because they are made for asian eyes w/ folds that will smudge normal eyeliner, but not asian eyeliner.

I really like the sephora brand liners (but that’s liquid too). If not, primer works well to keep the smudging down for some bad lines/oily eyelids (if that is a problem for you because it is for me)

revlon also makes a marker liner that works really well. I have very hooded lids and it never smudges.
