How are you honestly supposed to deal with anxiety? You know, in ways that are not pharmaceutical or otherwise chemical? I’m also not a big proponent of yoga or meditation. But what other options are there? Because I am just a big ball of anxiety right now and I need to no longer be one of those, and also it’s 9pm so I can hardly go for a run right now.
